I split this batch with a guy in my homebrew club. He used a Wyeast VSS strain, French Saison. I tried it last night at a RAZE meeting and it was really tasty. I'll probably keg mine today or tomorrow, then I'm shooting for a 10 gallon batch of Patersbier on Monday. That IPA sounds really tasty, I'll keep my eye out for it.richthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07535618671966092911noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6220351618897793655.post-41257896810964114362009-06-03T22:04:26.723-05:002009-06-03T22:04:26.723-05:00Just an update to say tonight I had one of the bes...Just an update to say tonight I had one of the best IPA's Ive tried yet. The military will not move Alcohol and with Sara being gone the entire month of June I will be hardpressed to finish my batch of ESB and Patersbier on my own. <br />Speaking of the Patersbier, I love it. Perfect for this hot weather and being outside all day. Will go good after mowing the lawn. Im really interested in your Saison du Rich. I planned on dong a Saison next. Can you put up the recipe for that. Cheers!SWARThttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13308580488701689704noreply@blogger.com
